2008 NSL Week 2: 

Friday May 2, 2008  - 32th & Central - Cicero - 7:00pm

Warta "A" dropped their second in the row vs Deportivo Meridienne. 

Warta "A" got blanked by the new comers to the league Meridienne by the score of 0:4.  It was obvious the home side was a much better team and had most of it.  Warta created chances but once again they could not place the ball into back of the net, hitting the post twice did not do the job for our team.

A very early game on Friday afternoon caused some of the starting players to be late and the beginning of the game was disorganized.  When the players arrived the game was already in progress and it was hard to readjust quickly.  First half the team could not create much just few chances.  After the break the adjustment made at half time showed progress but it was not enough to beat the home team.

With keeper Domczewski absent, Marek took his place and was beaten four times one coming from the penalty spot as Paul Piere Amegasse was shown his second yellow card for harsh tackle in the box. 

The coach thank all the new players that showed up today for their effort and we do see a great future with most of them, as the team will start to play more and know each other better.
