Warta looked very impressive in a new squad featuring couple u23 players as they surprised many even the opponent with their performance.  Despite loosing the match, the team showed a great performance especially in the first half of the match.

First chance came in the 4th minute as David Aranda header sailed over the cross bar and Will Butler shot just 3 minutes later was also off target.  Adria first opportunity came in the 8th minute but was off target.

Finally, Abdulwahab who was the danger man for Adria defense opened the scoring in the 14th minute as his run split the defense and around the goalie to slot in the opening goal.
Abdulwahad had a great chance to increase the lead in the 23rd minute as again he ran behind the defense but his shot was saved by the keeper forcing a corner kick.

Second goal came in after Abdulwahad was fouled outside the box at an half hour mark and new signing Ricardo Reyes scored an outstanding free kick to the top corner giving no chance of saving it and gave Warta 2:0 lead.

Two minutes later Abdulwahab again with a chance but his shot went just wide.
Adria got a break, as they were awarded a controversial penalty in the 35th minute and they cut the lead at half, giving them the momentum they desperately needed.

Warta keeper Brett Petricek was put to a test one more time in the 37th minute as he was forced to make a save to keep the score at 2:1 before half time break.

In the second half, Adria got two unanswered goals in the 52th and 57th minute to take the lead and managed to hold it till the final whistle, despite Warta constant pressure.
Carlos Alanis had a shot sail over the bar in the 60th minute and in the 73rd and 81st minutes Adria keeper was forced to make a great saves to deny Warta from scoring an equalizer and and earn his team three points.

Adria came from behind to defeat Warta, but the outcome of the match does not reflect the performance of the team which were a much better side tonight just the lack of experience and moments of bad calls on the field cost Warta three points on the road.
