Piotr Romanek back on the Warta “A” roster:

 Warta first team, who was shuffling the goalkeeper position throughout the entire season, decided to sign their ex-player Piotr Romanek.

Piotr who played on the team back in 2002/03, left the team to play for Tarnovia FC and lately for dispended eLka Soccer Club in which he suffered a major injury.  After the knee operation, Piotr played for the Collage of DuPage in which he was injured again and once again had to have his other knee operated.

Now after a long break he is making his return to the Warta “A” roster list for the final games of the regular 2008 Outdoor Season.

If he will feel well and healthy enough, he might be named the number one keeper for the indoor season as well.

 The team lost most of their games during the regular season due to absence of keepers position, now Warta has made some key signings during the season, to fulfill the team roster to perform as expected, and with Romanek back in the game the team should be safe of relegation zone after the final four games..
