Warta setting up for Wisconsin Tournament!

Warta setting off to Baraboo Wisconsin for the Annual Wing Tournament this weekend.  With the weekend off in the National Soccer League, Warta will participate in another Tournament as they have been doing since 1996, the Baraboo Wing Tournament.

In this Tournament Warta has grabbed the third and fourth place but never have won it yet.  With the team struggling this year they managed to put together a mixture of "A" and "B" Team players to travel out of state in search for their first trophy in Wisconsin.

The puzzles finally are starting to come together as some players rejoined the team back after the summer break and it started to pay dividends.  The only problem they have now is the goalkeeping position but soon this should be resolved also.

Baraboo Tournament will take place this Saturday and Sunday August 9th and 10th where mostly Metro League teams participate and Warta is the only team out of the NSL and Polish Community.

We wish the team good luck and hopefully they will win some silverware this year to wear off the disappointing league start...
