GAME PROTEST DECISION:

The decision on the Warta protest against Dep. Mederrine was insufficient and the score stands.  Warta protested the game after it finished on Friday May 2, 2008 claiming that the opponent used 19 players during the match, the lineup does not clearly show the players name or jersey number as it was soaked during the huge rain pour at the time of the game.

Warta lost to the new league comers 0:4 hoping that the protest will give them some kind of light, but unfortunately the lineup sheet is not clear to determine if the name appears to be scratched off or not.

The Original copy shows a single line thru the name on the lineup, but the copies are not readable to make the decision.

 The Board after a careful review, decided to let the score stand.

 Warta still without a point in two games, will need to make something happen before it gets down deeper in the stretch of the season.

 Warta with new players, and great talent on the team, needs a little time to get the chemistry working in the right direction, as it takes some time for some players to adjust to their teammates.
